2012 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

MSH general membership meetings are open to the public, and members are encouraged to bring guests. In Lansing and Battle Creek, the Board of Directors meets at 1 pm, members are welcome at 2 pm, and the program begins at 2:30 pm. In Grand Rapids, the board of directors meets at 6 pm, members are welcome at 7 pm, and the program begins at 7:30 pm. Members are always welcome to observe MSH Board meetings. All other Events and times are listed below.

Directions to Meeting Locations

John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids (links to Yahoo Maps)

The John Ball Zoo is located at the corner of Fulton and Valley (1300 W. Fulton), two miles west of downtown Grand Rapids, with easy access from I-196 and US-131. Meetings are held in the lower level of the pavilion, located near the parking lots and outside of the perimeter fence of the zoo.

NO LIVE ANIMALS MAY BE BROUGHT TO MEETINGS HELD AT JOHN BALL ZOO!

FENNER NATURE CENTER - LANSING

Fenner Nature Center, 2020 E. Mt. Hope Avenue, is at the corner of Aurelius Rd and Mt. Hope Ave, east of Pennsylvania Ave.

From I-496 in mid-town Lansing: take exit 7, Cedar St-Larch St/Pennsylvania Ave. exit; keep left at the fork in the ramp, take the Pennsylvania Ave ramp; take Pennsylvania Ave south to Mt. Hope; turn left (east); go past a cemetery; cross Aurelius; Fenner is immediately to the right.
